General Examination Rules

Attendance & Punctuality

Students must reach the examination hall 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter after 30 minutes of exam commencement.

Admit Cards

Valid admit cards must be presented for all examinations. No student will be allowed to appear without proper admit card and school identity card.

Examination Material

Only authorized materials are allowed in examination halls. Electronic devices, smart watches, and unauthorized notes are strictly prohibited.

Evaluation & Revaluation

Answer Sheet Verification

Students may apply for answer sheet verification within 7 days of result declaration. A nominal fee applies for this service.

Re-examination Policy

Re-examination may be granted only in cases of medical emergencies with proper documentation. Application must be submitted within 3 days of missed exam.

Grade Improvement

Students may appear for grade improvement examinations as per CBSE guidelines. Separate application and fees apply for improvement exams.

Examination Malpractice Policy

Guru Nanak School maintains zero tolerance for examination malpractice. Any form of unfair means will result in strict disciplinary action.

Minor Offenses

Penalty: Cancellation of paper

Major Offenses
